Once you build your agent on Dialogflow, you can use Dialogflow's integration tools to make your agent available on multiple platforms. Dialogflow's one-click integrations help you manage the integration of your agent with the Google Assistant via Actions on Google and a number of popular messaging platforms, such as Slack, Facebook Messenger, and Twitter. Dialogflow also allows an agent to be easily exported to, or imported from, other natural language understanding platforms such as Amazon Alexa and Microsoft Cortana.

Actions on Google

Actions on Google is a platform where developers can create software to extend the functionality of the Google Assistant. Integrating your Dialogflow agent with Actions on Google enables your agent to reach users on over 500 million devices that support the Google Assistant, like smart speakers, phones, cars, TVs, headphones, watches, and more.

Amazon Alexa and Microsoft Cortana

With Dialogflow's Alexa integration tools, you can import an Alexa Skill's Intent Schema and Sample Utterances files into Dialogflow to create an agent. You can also export your Dialogflow agent into files that contain Intent Schema and Sample Utterances, which then can be used to build an Amazon Alexa Skill. Similarly, Dialogflow's Cortana integration tools allow you to export your Dialogflow agent into a Microsoft Cortana's Voice Command Definition (VCD) file. Importing a VCD file to Dialogflow is currently not supported.
